Inclusions of Service

Upon booking a catering service with C & C Yorkshire Produce, included will be: Delivery within our free zone, set up cost, crockery and equipment you need for your event, and all the food. Once your event is finished we will collect all the crockery and equipment. We do not expect these to be washed, only to remove all of the excess food waste and neatly stacked.

Delivery

C & C Yorkshire Produce will deliver your catering order free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our base in Kirkby Malzeard, these areas include: Thirsk, Northallerton, Ripon, Harrogate, Bedale, Helmsley, Easingwold and everywhere in between.

Any venue outside of the free delivery zone can be delivered to, but will incur a delivery charge on top, of which is £5 for every 5 miles.

For the delivery of celebration cakes we can deliver free of charge within 10 miles of our base. Outside of that delivery zone can be delivered to, but will incur a delivery charge of which is £1 per mile.  To avoid additional delivery charges we are more than happy for you to collect from our base.

Dietary requirements

Please let us know at the time of booking if there is any dietary requirements. We can help you choose a menu that is suitable for all your guests and where appropriate offer alternative options on separate plates for guests with intolerances.

If you find out at a later date one of your guests has a specific dietary requirement please let us know as soon as you find out so we can try to cater for them. We cannot cater with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Deposits and payment

To secure the date of your catering event we require a 20% deposit of your total bill. This is to be paid via Cheque/cash/bank transfer BACs.

The final payment in full (the remaining 80%) is due 10 days before the event.

For celebration cakes no deposit is needed however the full amount is due before or upon delivery.

For business deliveries we require a cash payment upon delivery for the first order and after that payment can be made by cheque/cash/bank transfer within 7 days of receipt.

Crockery

The inclusion of using vintage crockery is included within certain catering packages. Due to the nature of the crockery we do not expect these to be washed and they are not dishwasher safe. Any breakages, damages or loses must be paid for.

Prices for breakages are as follows:

Tea cup or saucer £3

Tea pot £6

Side Plate £3

Serving Plate or tea stand £10

 Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your catering event you must let us know at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.

If you cancel within the 30 day period the 20% deposit will be non refundable.

Cancellation within 10 days of your event, the full amount cannot be refunded, unless exceptional circumstances occur. This is at the discretion of C & C Yorkshire Produce.

Liability

C & C Yorkshire Produce will accept no responsibility for damage or injury caused to a person or product as a result of our services, unless it is due to negligence on the part of C & C Yorkshire Produce.
